The Agentur Ratschlag und Bildung only collects general statistics concerning website use. These leave, where allowed, so called “cookies” from the content management system (Seredipity) on the computer of the user.
The content management system also collects data about the aliases, email addresses and the under “homepage” stated URL from the commentaries and newsletter subscriptions, if the user fills out the relevant boxes. In addition the content management system saves the IP address of every commentator. This data remains with the commentary and may be seen internally. By sending in a commentary the user declares himself or herself in agreement with this use of the data. The Agentur Ratschlag und Bildung gives no information to third parties (unless required to by law).
It is forbidden to use contact details such as postal addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and in particular email addresses from these credits or any part of this website in order to distribute advertising material or for advertising purposes.
